Our prefabricated houses are easily tailored to your needs and completely respect the thermal and acoustic performance of a traditional concrete house. We provide all the parts to finish off your project and to suit your budget, including sanitary ware, flooring, lighting, kitchen worktops and furniture, and exterior cladding.  Our system is designed so that you can perform the installation quickly on a concrete slab or plinths without the need for heavy equipment.

 

We offer models pre-designed by our architects ranging from a practical 30m2 studio to a prefabricated five-room villa.  We can also create bespoke housing for your requirements by adapting the structure to your architectural plan.

What is the price of a prefabricated house?

As with the construction of a traditional house, the price of a prefabricated house is determined by many factors. The size of the prefabricated house and its configuration are particularly important in the costing. The price will tend to rise if the house is spacious and/or has several floors. The characteristics of the walls and the insulation system must also be taken into account. For example, thicker walls will cost more. At the same time, the price of the insulation is reflected in the cost of the prefabricated house. Add to that the fact that finishes influence the amount of money spent. Since the prefabricated house is custom-designed, the type of flooring, the specifications of the woodwork and the type of paint used can be chosen according to your preferences.

Overall, you should count on between €350 and €400 per square metre for a prefabricated house. When we talk about average price, we are taking the elements mentioned above into consideration. In addition, houses intended for installation in hurricane zones need a reinforced structure. In this case, the price per square metre can rise to €700. Handling and assembly costs must be added to the cost of designing and building the house. And the cost of preparing the foundations in the form of blocks or concrete slabs must not be forgotten. Consequently, it is impossible to determine the exact price without knowing the specific nature of your project.
