Structure:The high-galvanised steel frame can be strengthened, and the sandwich panel walls can be enhanced with up to 100mm of rockwool, polyurethane, or polystyrene foam insulation. The walls come pre-cut with utility and electric connection sockets and are pre-painted in various colours.
Floor:The vinyl-coated fibre cement panel floor can be covered in vinyl, parquet, or ceramic tiles.
Roof:A galvanised trapezoidal roof is standard, or you can opt for a polyurethane insulated sandwich panel roof better suited to wet or temperate locations.
Windows: You have the option of aluminium or PVC windows in standard, bay, or large design. If necessary, these can be fitted with security railings, blinds, shutters, or alarms.
Interior layout: You can choose standard prefabricated containers for sale or amend the space to include specific spaces, e.g., open-plan lounge, dormitory, or meeting spaces, closed offices or bedrooms, compact toilets or sanitary facilities, or open-concept dining, locker rooms, or social areas.
Fixtures and fittings:You can include air conditioning, heating, solar panels, security systems, cabling for networking and technology, cabinetry, and furnishings if wished.
